Nrby is expanding into new markets. Nrby is a SaaS communication platform with clients in all 50 states of the United States. Our business is growing rapidly, therefore we need a Customer Success Managers with a track record of success helping increase customer retention by establishing themselves as credible authority of the Nrby platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Impeccable customer services skills
- Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
- Proficient with modern SaaS applications
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong aptitude for technical software products
- Proficiency in sales process and identifying up-sell opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Standup enterprise clients on the Nrby platform
- Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities for new opportunities and services
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Establish customer service policies and practices
- Provide high-level technical and product support
- Provide quarterly business updates
- Capture and track success metrics
- Qualify and record requested product enhancements
