Nrby is expanding into new markets. Nrby is a SaaS communication platform with clients in all 50 states of the United States. Our business is growing rapidly, therefore we need a Customer Success Managers with a track record of success helping increase customer retention by establishing themselves as credible authority of the Nrby platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Impeccable customer services skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Proficient with modern SaaS applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong aptitude for technical software products
  • Proficiency in sales process and identifying up-sell opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Standup enterprise clients on the Nrby platform
  • Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities for new opportunities and services
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Establish customer service policies and practices
  • Provide high-level technical and product support
  • Provide quarterly business updates
  • Capture and track success metrics
  • Qualify and record requested product enhancements
