Nrby Sales will review the account submitted per our agreed upon referral submission process, and confirm back to you in writing the eligibility of this account for Qualified Customer status.

 

Please note, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Qualified Customers will remain Qualified Customers for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of initial approval by Nrby. In the event of no material progress or engagement with Nrby within the first 90-days from approval, Nrby reserves the right to remove the customer from the Qualified list. If Nrby enters into a Definitive Agreement with such Qualified Customer, the Qualified Customer will remain a Qualified Customer for the initial term of the Definitive Agreement and any renewal terms.
